Use filtered water or tap water?
Please help, My product comes with a silver seal on top, should I take it off or no?

The video helped. But the directions are horrible. And the spring does not Twist Off on mine. I have to unscrew the whole thing and then take the filter out while trying not to disconnect the wires.

I did connect mine to a laptop usb for the power and added some essential oils . When i woke up, the thing had cracked and was breaking apart. What could be the problem? I doubt that the laptop power would be too powerful for it
Ahhhhh you need to wet the stick. I’m sure this was in the instructions I just don’t have the patience to read.. damn
When i connect the usb with it it work just for 3s and then turn off what's the problem please?

Cons- can’t smell the oils very well
Leaks a lot
