Looks amazing! However, the one that I got stopped working after 2 days, and your support would not give me a replacement unless I paid $15. After that you offered to fix it for free. But, it's 2 days old. So, I am trying to see what I should do: just return it & replace (which is bad), or pay for the return shipping to you (which you did not offer).
In all honesty, the thing stopped working after 2 days, and their support team is a nightmare – just save yourself the time & get something else. They do not want to help you.
How many drops of oil? And what is too much?
Is this charger a plug in charger or can it be charged up like the Lea?
So far 'jasmine" is the best, i had 3 pcs and been using it for almost 2 years and still in good shape. Too bad 'julia" is not good, when i received is not working so i return it and replace it with jasmine. Hope 'zoe" is better than jasmine…
