    I just bought this and the water/oil doesn't come out strong enough to the point where you can see it. It keeps pausing randomly – am I doing something wrong?

    make sure your not overfilling unit and yes it pauses automatically which I actually like and I use 4 drops of oil and I can smell the 4 different scents long after unit is turned off.
